4ward Development, a young company founded on a wealth of experience, was set up by Janet Hay and Denise Morris in March 2009. The pair reached the peak of their respective professions of HR and training before deciding to combine over 50 years of joint experience in a wide range of sectors and set up on their own, bringing all of their previous clients with them.

Since being set up the company has built an impressive client base, quickly achieved Investors in People status and has become an approved centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

We pride ourselves on becoming trusted partners to our clients and getting to know their organisations inside out so we can help them fulfil their potential and make the most of their people.
