Co-founder Denise Morris is a professionally qualified human resources and development specialist, with over 25 years of experience as a manager and trainer.
Denise specialises in training needs analysis and the design and delivery of development programmes for workforces ranging from small teams of under 25 to multi-site organisations with over 4000 employees.
An Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited trainer and assessor and NVQ assessor, her areas of specialism include management development training, stress management, performance management, appraisal systems and investigations into disciplinary, harassment and discrimination cases. She is also a Welsh Assembly Government approved equality and disability awareness trainer.
Denise holds a raft of HR qualifications including a Certificate of Training and Development gained from the Institute of Training and Development and she is a graduate of the Institute of Personnel Management. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Denise’s hobbies include holidays to exotic locations, reading,listening to her iPod and swimming when workload pressures allow.
