Brazilian-born Izabella joined 4ward Development after stints working in both south Wales and South America before her permanent move to the UK.

A fluent Portuguese speaker, Izabella has gained experience working for a variety of international companies in the private sector. She acquired her impressive organisational skills working on both sides of the Atlantic in Brazil and the United Kingdom for a large international company.

Izabella has over six years experience in HR and administration. She has achieved Health and Safety Executive Level 1 certificate and is working towards a Professional Certificate for Trainers. Izabella is responsible for co-ordinating and supporting the development of training programmes and plans for clients.

Izabella has fantastic IT skills and has undertaken courses in Quality in Customer Service. Not content with being fluent in both Portuguese and English, Izabella is currently learning to speak Spanish.
