Steve Davis joined 4Ward Development in 2009, and brings 18 years of experience in human resources, training and development, and operational management.

Steve is a people person and revels in developing people’s potential to the full. A German speaker, he served in the Army for 20 Years in the Royal Armoured Corps. Since returning to civilian life in the 1993, Steve has worked across South Wales in a variety of roles within manufacturing, and has been involved in both Operational & HR Management and as a Learning Coach. In his HR role he has been heavily involved in the development and implementation of a number of highly successful HR strategies.

Steve has gained a number of qualifications in these areas including a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Certificate in training practice, an ilm level 5 Award in Leadership and Management, and is currently a Licentiate Member of the CIPD.

Outside of the workplace Steve spends a lot of time with his grandchildren, and enjoys walking, reading and travel. He is also a military historian and a bookworm.
